BILL SB 777 HURTING FAMILIES IN CA

A referendum was filed last week by Capitol Resource Family Impact (CRFI), a 501(c)(4) organization affiliated with longtime PJI ally Capitol Resource Institute, in response to Gov. Schwarzenegger's signing of SB 777.

SB 777 is a controversial bill slated to take in effect 1 Jan, 2008 in the shiny state of California. The bill prohibits instruction or school-sponsored activities that promote a "discriminatory bias" against "gender" (including transgender behavior) and "sexual orientation" (including bisexuality).

Currently, gay and lesbian activists are in quest to stop schools from promoting/influencing traditional marriage or even referring to parents as "mother" and "father." SB 777 will take that plan to the next level. CRFI policy & political analysts along with PJI attorneys believe it may be take to mean to require gender-neutral bathrooms and locker rooms in schools (as it is already happening in the Los Angeles Unified School District). The bill also gives an opportunity to gay activists to challenge institutions, such as schools and state funded clubs in issues of homecoming "king" and "queen," or biology classes which refer to human genders as "male" and "female."

This gives the door to others states, far right political politicians, gay activist and those of lack of concern for children to put children, families and the being of this earth in jeopardy.

For sure the “governator” is not in reference with the clear warning given by Jesus Christ in the Gospel of Matthew in chapter 18:6 “Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea.”

Meredith Turney, a legislative liaison for CRFI, said in a statement. "It is simply unconscionable to force young children to deal with such confusing matters as transgender, bisexual and homosexual lifestyles in their classrooms."
